Ian founded Ithentic to help leaders and teams navigate the intersection of human capacity and machine efficiency. In an era of rapid automation, he partners with clients to keep balance and focus in the midst of change.

His journey has spanned three decades, three continents, and three of the world’s most successful companies: Salesforce, Cisco, and Nike. Ian translated years of operations leadership into the learning environment, from overseeing the onboarding of 12,000 new hires to figuring out how to make 70,000 employees feel like a connected team.

He does not coach from a textbook. He coaches from the experience of leading through hyper-growth, global restructuring, and complex acquisitions. His role is to act as a thinking partner for leaders bridging the gap between strategic ambition and the friction of running a business.
